my girl friend wants a critter and her mom is going to let me get one for her....but the lizard has to be big enough that her dog cant eat it and small enough that it cant eat the dog...her pup is a [bleep]zu(sp check) and its full grown....so im thinking a lizard that is like 1-2.5 feet long
she has looked on king snake with me and she likes blue tongues pink tongues and frills....is there any thing else any one would sugest? she dosent care wut it eats wether its insects rodents or greens shes not squeemish....i told her bearded dragons were cool but she dosent like them (picky) any help would be appreciated greatly

how about ackies or spinytail monitors.also these might get over the limit on size but check into the european sheltopusik.these make great pets.
