Wild caught Black Rat ate glass egg

Hi, I recently caught a black rat( Elaphe obsoleta) that has apparently eaten a glass or wooden egg from a chicken house. Has anyone ever run into this and how the heck can I make her pass this egg.

It will likely have to be removed surgically.
