Happy ending to my indigo hunting adventures

ZPD May 18, 2004 06:28 PM

For those of you who read my story about getting my first Indigo and loosing it in my car, this is the second and last installment of that story. As you may know I ended up finding the male Indigo in my car and he is doing really well. He's growing already, I swear I can already see it. Well, I went back up to Hollywood this past weekend and picked up the female to complete my pair. She is shiny, black and flawless. While I was up there I got to hold the Unicolor again and see him after his shed, WOW!! Beautiful snake, very thick and colorful. He has a nice yellow belly, some brownish purple like colors towards the back end and just overall awesome snake. If I had not just spent my last dime on the Indigo I would have bought him as well. In the back of my mind I am still thinking of what I can pawn off in my garage to afford this big boy. Im sorry i didn't have my camera with me, it would have been neat to show everyone the post shed pictures. Well, I think 2 Drys is enough for now. As soon as I get the camera back I will post some pics of the new girl. Fred....it wouldn't have been without meeting your Indigos, I hope your proud, it's all your fault!

ZPD,

Glad to hear that you got your snakes. I am glad that I was part of the process of twisting your mind around Drymarchon. You must now go forth and twist the minds of at least 4 other young herpers. And not just online either. Gotta bring them over your pad, or do school presentations. Kids love em' And yes, they grow like weeds, but then they poop like machines, so it all fits. Take care
