Can you explain the vibration more? It is perfectly normal for geckos to wag their tail or get excited when they eat. However, if a gecko is twitching it may have something lodged in his throat and may be paralized. Also, explain why you have to move him to drink. Is it cause he cant move or just because hes not finding his water? You have only had him for a few days, I would recommend you not handle him and stay away from him so he gets accustomed to his new environment.

when he ate he wagged his tail, and the water dish is a little tall for him,so i put him in sand for him to reach the water, but he wont drink,so i put him in the water and i see this little whitish bubble coming from his mouth.and behind his hind legs, theres this 1 wide spot thats connected to the tail, and whenever i pet him their,he always jumps or move

Well part of the problem sounds like you could be stressing him out by interfering with him too much. Dune geckos are not good as "pets" inasmuch as they are a small delicate species that doesn't like handling. Provide it with the right temps, a nice cool hide and an easily accesible water source and give him a few days to weeks to settle in. Offer food every 2-3 days and always remove uneaten insects. Hope this helps.
