Mealworms turn into beetles, silkworms (i think) turn into moths........but what do superworms turn into??? Do they turn into beetles? And if so, are they able to fly???

Its just that tonight i was watching TV and this HUGE i mean HUGE flying bug slowly flew past me. I went running up to the kitchen to grab a fly swatter and when i came back down it was gone. My brother and i searched everywhere but couldn't find it.

I thought maybe it was one of my worms that had morphed and escaped.......but my brother said its most likely a June bug.....not that its June yet LOL.

hehehe i don't know what a cicada looks like hehe. I think it was a June bug.....i went back up stairs and found it laying on its back by the garage door. I put it outside and really didn't take a good look but it was brownish and round.

a meanworm beetle but it was brown and very very big. When it flew past me it was flying very very slow too. Bugs don't really bother me that much but if i get bitten by a spider it swells up and becomes very painful.....so i'm thinking i might be allergic or something. Other than flies that are so dirty and mosquitos that just spread disease most bugs dont' get to me. This big bug i saw last night just freaked me cause it was sooooooooo huge and then the added bonus of my brother saying it could bite LOL

they turn into the HUGE nastey looking beetles (inch or so long maybe 1/2 inch wide) they do not fly but they stink when you squish them

Oh thats good to hear. I was really afraid that it was something from the gecko room that had escaped. The bug i saw turned up later.........thinking it was a june bug. I put it outside.
