Has anyone ever attended a meeting? I am thinking of going this evening and I would like to know what the atmosphere is like? Is it suitable for beginniners? How long does a meeting usually last? Is there a cost? Anything else I might need to know?

I've been meaning to go to a meeting as well, but weeknights are just so hard for me. I've been wondering about the atmosphere as well. I don't know if you need to be a member to attend or not. If you do go, I'd be interested to know what you think.
