Well, my knight anole layed an egg. The odd thing is that she hasn't had a mate in about a year. So i'm thinking it was sterile... i disposed of the egg because after a day it turned a little yellow and started leaking goo.
This happened about one week ago... since then my knight anole has not taken an interest in fruit (watermellon, cantelope, papaya, banana), crickets, nor superworms.
I'm misting twice a day and there is a water fall in one corner. the humidity is about 65% and i see her laping up water every now and then... plus i've seen her drink out of the fountain.
Any ideas about what might be wrong? Its a huge tank. has good air circulation. temps range from 80 in the cool area and 95 in a basking spot.
