Noble and Payne county OKlahoma - It was a beautiful sunny day after rain the night before . . . turtles were everywhere, red eared sliders, ornate boxes, three toed, snappers. One water snake was too far away to id, a five foot black rat snake crawled across my hubbys boot, two massasaugas were neatly curled in the sun that we didn't mess with, a tiny green snake (i can never tell the two species apart) slipped through a bush, and a ring neck peeked out when we rolled the railroad tie off him. What a day!
