New Basins in the family

greentreesnake May 19, 2004 08:32 PM

I have just acquired a 1.1 pair of basins a couple days ago and have never kept them before. Love my chondros, the basins were a "surprise" addition that weren't really planned for ahead of time..... have to tell you that I'm falling in love with them.

My question for today.... chondros have a "nasty" reputation as do Emmys in general. So far, I've found that the nasty chondro is the exception rather than the rule...... and now I've discovered that both these adult basins are sweet as puppies when handled and never offered a threat..... tell me, is the nastiness over-rated on these guys also? I didn't think I'd keep them long term until the discovery that they are as sweet as they are!!!
