Feeding Roaches/Beetles

Does any one know the nutritional values of roches/beatles for DB's. I'm looking to get some, but which kind, Confused Flour Beetles, Orange Headed Roaches, Lobsters Roaches, etc..., etc...

I had some superworms turn into beetles and Europa went crazy for them. I just ordered 1000 supers but she hasn't been intrested in them or pellets or greens. She'll eat a super every now and then, but doesn't touch her pellets and greens.

So would roaches/beetles be a good subsituted for supers, crixs (which she hasn't had since she was 4 months), mealies. Are they just as good for BD's. THanks
