Hello,
Looking for a good field guide to help my son with snake identification. Can anyone recommend a current book that covers most North American species?
Thanks in advance.

Thanks, I was looking at that same title. Amazon has it for $14. Just thought it was outdated since it was published in 1979 and has not been updated since. May go ahead and give it a try.
Thanks again
In addition to the Audubon book I also use the Peterson Field Guide by Conant. It has illustrations insted of pics but I like the way its laid out. They make a great combination together.
