Thats a great shot - I like the whole background. Now, do you have more? I'm still trying to visualize the difference between all these species and sub-species. Where did this one come from? Why isn't it a fasciata?

And to answer Joe's question, the best way to tell fasciata and sipedon apart is the pattern. Fasciata retain complete bands for the entire length of the snake while sipedon are banded for the first quarter or so and alternately blotched for rest of their length. The head shape is slightly different as well with sipedon having a wider, flatter head than fasciata.
