I'm really sorry about your boa.

I understand were your coming from about helping out a snake in trouble...but the conclusion I've come to is...when you come across a sick animal, you've got to send the seller a message. Don't buy it, and tell them why. If enough people complain, and they see their bottom line vanish, they might consider taking care of their animals.

Remember, these jerks are in business because people are buying their animals...

Take care, and good luck with your daughters boa, Chris

Well i must admit that im one of the bad spellers out there too, but thats okay atleast i know i cant spell.. Anyways im very sorry to hear about your loss and i too know how much it pains me to see animals that are in need of some tlc. I have a tendency to try and pick up hard luck cases but after i picked up a white lip python who was starving and had multiple sheds stuck to him and turned him into a big bad mean fighting machine like all White lips should be, that now steve has to remind me that i can't save every snake out there and that sometimes i have to have faith that there are other people out there saving them too... SIgh.. so i sympathsis and i know how your heart just breaks to see those poor little guys stuck in the cage thats way to small with no heat or not enough heat and they are starving.. sigh... i know the heart ache... anyways im sorry to hear of your loss and just know...You arent the only one trying to save them all...

Sincerely,
Rose Hipskind

Chris just to set the record straight the very well known breeder that prodused this het that died said he didnt know about the tongue an refunded my money an said to try my best to get him well!So the breeder did do right by me an offered me any help that I needed,Now as far as some of the local pet stores here in my town I cant say the same for, they could care less!An dont deserve to sell boas period! Thanks Charles![HYPOBOA]

That's good know...the honest people are out their, and we are dealing with live animals. Everyone runs into a problem sometimes, but the people who sell problems without a conscience, and due in part to inadequete husbandry should be taught a lesson whenever the opportunity presents itself.

All the best, Chris

It sounds like your luck can only improve from here. I hope you are blessed in the future with some fantastic boas, with whom you have a long relationship. Good luck to you Charles

No one in the world ever gets what they want, and that is beautiful. Everybody dies frustrated and sad, and that is beautiful.
