I need a place to order horn worms from and not Herpfood.com. I just goy burned by them. Oredered over two weeks ago and still haven't received the order and sent five e-mails asking about the status of the order, no reply back. And called and all i get is a voice mail box that is full.

I’ve never bought or fed hornworms before but I know Mulberry Farms has them. I order orange head roaches from them a while back and they were great.

I had the same problem with Herpfood. However, if you call while their store is open (its in CA), they should answer. My hornworms came after about a month and I was told they had a supply shortage, which accounted for the delay.

Besides the delay, they were in great shape and are the cheapest place i have found. remember, they are shipped small and grow fast. Mine ran out of food before they reached full size, but the mulberry farms website indicates that this will happen.

FYI - Herpfood gets their hornworms from Mulberry Farms, but they charge $1.50 less and include the cost of shipping. THe delay is the only disadvantage that I see.

Well i got ahold of them on wednesday and friday of last week.
On wednesday the guy who answered said they may be on back order but he didn't sound like he knew what was up.
The guy i talked to i friday said they had them in stock and because i had paid with e-check that's where the problem was, their system is screwed up and say e-check are a declined payment when they're actually pending. so he was going to look in to it.
Will have to call them in an hour. stinking time zone diffences.
