Pond liners

Well I plan on building the little guys a pond for a summer home. But I've been looking at pond liners and can't really decide EDPM is the front runner but wouldn't mind finding something lighter and a little cheaper and saw Permalon pond liner and was wondering if anyone out there had used it. My other question is i've been looking online at pond liners but was also curious if anyone out there new any suppliers in North Carolina that had decent cost per square ft. Im aiming to build it somerwhere between 3500-4000 gallons
