It's an okay specimen, no offense, but I don't care for amels very much.
It's impossible for it to have hatched as a snow. It may have just been very lightly colored as a hatchling, but next to an actual snow you would have been able to tell the difference.

You asked for impressions now didn't you?
Impressions, opinions...the same thing.
Amanda gave you her opinion. If you don't want opinions, don't ask.
By the way.. There wasn't even anything wrong with what she said.
She just said your snake was ok and that she doesn't really like Amels. so. A lot of people don't.
and she was right.
It couldn't have been born a snow and changed to an amel. Like she said, it must have just been very light.

Since he is also possibly hypo, that may account for the stange belly. It almost looks motley to me, but I don't have any motleys to compare it with.

I can see where the checks on the belly should be so not it is no motley. I have 2-4 snakes every year that pop out looking like snows, I mean they are white as any snow I have but with in a few days they start to change and get some light orange color, by the time they are six months old the are a normal colored Amel, it struck me super odd the first time I had it happen and I still don't have the answer as to why the pigment took so long to show up. As far as the bleed through in color on the belly, I have that in my Crimson, my striped and some of my hypos, it is almost like the bleed through that a rosey Corn would have, I asked Don and kathy about the color and even posted a belly pic a few weeks back but it was new to them too so what the heck things some times don't fit the molds I guess!
As far as Amanda not liking your snake, well it is her opinion and she is free to have one, as long as you are happy with your animal it really make no differance who likes Amel Corns and who doesn't
Good Luck with her I would like to see what the babies come out as
