question about the tails

are there accually a type of cresteds with out a tail? or are they just ones that had lost them? iv seen pics, but they dont say any thing about them being lost.

They're normal cresteds that have just lost their tails. Unlike other types of geckos, when crested geckos lose their tails they do NOT grow back.

they are lost. In the wild it is said that almost no adults have tails.
