http://myweigh.com/mediumscales_3001.html seems to be used by many herpers. I bought the 6001 model and it works great!

I just purchased a my weigh 6001T model from oldwillknot.com
He has an Ebay store and I think I paid about 30.00 plus 8 bucks shipping. Its kind of small which is good bc it doesnt take up much space and it can hold 13 lbs. Go to ebay and look for oldwillknot or "great scales". I cant remember which one but youll find it. Hope this helped.
