The animal in the upper left hand corner of the pic. shows a normally patterned Lic. Stick with the alternating colours & darker "ladder" pattern which evolves into more of a black & grey stripe. The animal in the lower right hand corner shows the normally patterned Lic. Stick w/ a lighter coloured stripe which turns into more of a light grey. The animal in the upper right hand corner is an extreme variation of the mutation that has a uniform colour stripe which is always a lighter (grey) coloured stripe. Some of the more extreme animals like this one have an almost all white head. Most of the time these animals will have all black on one or both of the lower halves of the iris'. Both variations can hatch out of the same litter & are very distinguishable when they hatch. I have produced albinos of both & the Albino version of the uniformed striped animals have a barely visible stripe (at least the ones I have - kind ruins the point).
