I thought you might get a kick out of this.

This morning I opened the enclosure to give Houdini some food. He was at the top of the enclosure. I went to move him, so he didn't get smashed by the lid, and he jumped out. He ran and ran. I chased him around the house for about 20 minutes before he got tired, or just decided I had been made a fool of enough, and I finaly caught him.

I never knew Iguanas could move so fast. Oh well, I guess I don't need to go for an evening run after that workout.

That's funny. They do run fast. I have to make sure I'm ready for a chase when I take mine outside because after about ten minutes of being calm they decide it's time to make a break for it. I only take one out at a time, but they all do the same thing.
