Hey,

Recently I hatched out a couple of female babies (the father was a blizzard and the mother is a tangerine), next year I plan on breeding these two female babies back to the father. Question is, Will I get any blizzard babies out of these two female when I breed them back to their blizzard dad? If so what would the ratio be? Also, are they 100% het for blizzard, or only possible hets? Would it ever be possible to get any of the orange color from a tang over to a blizzard? Thanks and I do appreciate it.

yes, you will get some blizzards. you should get 50% blizzards, and 50% blizzard hets. and yes, they are 100% hets. i doubt it's possible to get a tang over teh blizzard, look at how hard it is to get it oer a patternless. but maybe, thats what those "high yellow" bananna blizzards are.

GREAT - I really appreciate your response. I was pretty sure I should get some blizzards outta the mix next year... I just wasn't sure how many... So they are 100% het for blizzard eh. Thats great. Again thanks much... - Couldn't be any happier..

the babies are 100% het and breeding them to a blizz male would give you 50% blizz and 50% het. As far as getting the tang onto a blizz, probably not, because the blizz morph is an absence of body color. However, stranger things have happened.......
