Hi, and welcome to being an iguana slave. That's what I was told when I first got my iggys. I have two green iguanas (Sam and Ella) both females, and a 4 year old male cuban rock iguana named Chaos. Iguanas are a lot of work and they take up a lot of time, but they are worth all the effort. I would get Iguanas for Dummies by Melissa Kaplan. That is one of the best iguana books with loads of correct info. Also, the Green Iguana Society has an excelent website with great information. If you have a certain question about something with your iggy and need a fast answer, you can usually find a good reasonable answer from the Green Iguana Society website.
Here is a picture of my enclosure. The bottom is now occupied by my cuban because my green iggys never used it. My cuban is a little big for it, but he is only in there at night for sleeping. I took the pool out of the bottom for more floor space for him and there is indoor outdoor carpet in there now. I don't have any updated picture of the enclosure right now. The top part has branches and shelves and 2 heat lights(1day/1night)and a uvb light. The bottom also has the same lights, but the bottom has ramps and shelves.
