Sorry what and how much should I fed him
feed him as much food he can eat. like, lettuce (not iceberg) bock choy, carrots, zuccini, prepared beardie foods, ect. in the morning and things like crickets, mealies, waxworms, silk worms, and roaches in the afternoon.
cillie what do you have
a beardie
Go to google and do a search on "beardie caresheets." Do plenty of research.
The best staple insects are crickets, silkworms, and roaches. Hand raised. Waxworms are fatty, and mealworms have hard to digest outer shells, these are okay for treats but not too often. DO NOT feed wild insects you catch outside or in your house, they may carry parasites or insecticides.
Frankly, the foods mentioned in another post..... lettuce, carrots, zuccini.... are not good staple foods for a beardie salad. Lettuce and carrots are high in oxalates, and zuccini is high in phosphorus. Oxalates and phosphorus in high amounts can bind calcium. They aren't dangerous in small amounts, but for daily feeding you want things like collard/mustard/turnip greens, endive, escarole, squash... far more nutricious. Go to http://www.beautifuldragons.com/ and go to the Nutrition Content link to see a good list of foods and how often to feed them. Anytime you question something you are about to feed check that list and see how good it is.
You also need to get some calcium and vitamin suppliments to add to the food.
Just do a lot of research, you have a big resposibility ahead of you caring for an exotic pet. Here are a few caresheets to get you started, but please don't stop there.

That's very good to know, too often people don't do their research. I couldn't tell by your original post if you were new to this or not. Gotta cover all the bases just in case.
