My leo layed what appears to be an underdeveloped egg. It is small and yellow in color. Has any one experienced this? Is this a reason for concern?

If the egg is small and yellow, it may simply be infertile. Is she with a male? If so, often times they lay bad eggs. Sometimes however they still hatch even when they look small or yellow. It is when they cave in that you can be pretty sure that they're gone. The problem may be the lack of calcium in her diet if this persists. Make sure to supplement her after egg laying.
This may sound stupid but,it could be the lizards "droppings" rather than an egg.The "droppings" are yellow and white so its possible.
