These are cool little snakes. When little they can repeat strike faster than any other species I have seen. Randy W.

Great pic! I just got a pair this year and really like them. Mine are adults so I can't vouch for the juvenile striking bit, but hopefully will be able to next spring if the pair grace me with a few eggs. I've found the adults a little jumpy but otherwise docile when handled. Good luck with your beauty!

am really glad i work with. I hope to buy some striped animals this year too. Very nice adults you have Randy, i like the brightness of the markings on yours. My female is huge and recently shed and refused food for the fist time last week...so i'm keeping my fingers crossed that she lays some viable eggs any day now.
