Its sweating....

lostkauze May 22, 2004 03:34 PM

Hi all
I'm expecting another clutch to hatch today, andi noticed one of the eggs was sweating, and had a bunch of water droplets on it.

I've never watched a hatching, always got there too late, so I was wondering how long after sweats does it usually hatch? It's been over 4 hours now, just wanted to get a general frame of time so I can be ready with the camera lol

wow, I thought these eggs were a bit more predictable, but i'm always surprised.

This morning the sweating egg had mold on it, during the 60th day, so I cut it open, and all that was there was that white gooey stuff. I then candled the other egg, and there seems to be nothing doing. Kinda weird, but we'll see. I candled them about a month ago, and i saw the veins and red. Oh well, can't win em all.
