hehe, yes, out of all the exotic names for my animals I figured not a single one has a TX name. Since I was born and raised in good 'ol TX and I'm fixing to be in MA, I thought I'd name this poor monitor something she'll always roll her eyes at me for. ;D

She's doing her impression of a velociraptor. chh chh chh cha cha cha. LOL!

Enjoy!

I think it's a purty name for a purty lizard.
My son had a fit when I named my blackthroat Fluffy. lol

Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup.

hey, just tell him that some great giants of reptiles were named fluffy (look at that beautiful tiger retic named Fluffy that Mike Wilbanks owns. wow!).

Out of all the animals I've rescued, bought or birthed, I don't think I've had a fluffy yet. I have not used any name twice though (and I can remember all their names still...well over 80 names). At least until one of a few things happens...if I get whopped in the heat enough times by monitor tails, iguanas or another 80 lb dog at the hospital or if I whack myself in the head again with my bo staff or drum sticks trying to do some new "move", I may end up losing more brain cells and repeating some names. LOLOL!

Fluffy is a cute name though. I'm just waiting for the right animal to use it with. LOL!

Hugs!
