ive tried posting pics of freddy onto the gallery but it keeps saying that the file exceeds the limit of 250k go back and try again!
how do i lessen the value of my photo???????
all help would be very appreciated...

You have to use some kind of graphic program to resize pictures. I myself use Photoshop, to be honest I am not that familiar with other programs. But I think Windows has it's own "graphic program" that you can use.
Hopefully somebody else can give you better information about this.
