Are you an ACO, Or what kind of job do you have to pick up snakes?
Hi,
I'm a school teacher off for the summer. I give snake lectures at our local wildlife refuge. I give out my name and number and tell people to call if they want a snake removed. I recommend that they leave the snakes alone, but if it is in their house or they want to kill it I tell them to call me and I will pick it up.
Except mine was at midnight, and it was still inside the house:

I got another call last night, but it was on the other side of town so I referred it to another guy. The caller had already been bitten but was refusing medical treatment until he could find out if the snake was venomous (!). Turned out to be a coachwhip (in his garage, in a tool chest--it bit him when he opened a drawer).
