Gravid Double het for snow plains. She was bred to both Iowa snow and double het snow males. I have dubbed her "Queenie" due to her enormous size and stature. She is 3 feet long and approximately 350 grams when not gravid. She threw 61 babies 3 years ago, the largest brood I've had to date.

Scott,

Thats incredible - 61 hatchlings. How many hatchlings total are you expecting this year? How do you handle all those? I would love to see some pics of your setup.

Travis,

The funny thing about that particular litter is that 1/2 of the babies were morphs. If memory serves me right there were something like 8 snows, 15 albinos and 10 anerythristics (plus the hets and normals).
