Ok...did a search and couldn't find anything (I dont like the new search feature on these forums).

I'm wanting to build a co2 chamber for gasing rats and need to know how to do it. I've used the dry ice method but a tank system would be a lot easier for me. I can get paintball gun tanks and get them refilled easily...I just need a system I can hook them up too.

So basicly, what do I need and how to I hook it up? Thanks

I get my tanks from a local welding supply. You can get a brass fitting for a plastic hose attachment. and about 3' of hose. Get a Tupperware or gladlock container that seals well. Drill a hole thats the size of the hose. Dont fit the hose to tight you want it so some air blows out and the Co2 keeps feeding. Also put your hose in more than a few inches.

You never have to turn your valve on all the way, barely crack your valve so that it seeps in.

Keep in mind that this doesnt work with pinks or fuzzies. For some reason you can co2 them for 30 minutes with no affect. A waste of c02. Just freeze them live. They will freeze solid in about 20 mintutes
