If you geckos have runny stools, then get a fecal done at the vet. If worms are present, he will prescribe panacur and show you how to administer the second round at home. Once you get the dosage and learn proper technique to administer you can do it yourself at home.
Some breeders do a round of panacur preventatively every six months (it won't hurt them, as long as correct dosages and technique are used), but it is not really neccessary to do it unless your geckos show symptoms.
If you plan on doing medical self-care for your geckos when feasible you should buy the book, "Understanding Reptile Parasites" (do a search on Amazon), and read the Dr. Gecko site in its entirety. I assume you already have The Lepard Gecko Manual but if not you need that as well. You will need an accurate scale to calculate dosages for deworming geckos yourself. You can even buy a microscope and learn to do your own fecals. If you are willing to spend some time and effort learning reptile medicine you can treat many common problems yourself, but you need to have the discipline and intellectual capacity to understand it, make calculations, and do it correctly, or you could hurt or even kill your animals. If you only have one or two geckos you are probably better off just going to a vet, but if you are getting into breeding it may be worthwhile to learn to do some things yourself. Also a good idea to learn as much as you can if there is no vet in your area that knows reptiles, some vets are clueless about them. There are some meds you can't get w/o a prescription though. Panacur is sold OTC under the name Safeguard, in a paste form, but the liquid form from your vet is supposed to be the preferred form for gex.
These guys sell it: http://www.herpsupplies.com/
They also sell Flagyl.
Look under medications.
I strongly suggest you read up VERY thoroughly on dosages before doing this, however. An overdose will kill your animals.
"Understanding Reptile Parasites: A Basic Manual for Herpetoculturists and Veterinarians" by Roger J. Klingenberg, DVM is the one I use. It's very thorough, and tells you how to diagnose and treat various types of parasites properly. If you want to do this yourself, I recommend you do it right--get a good microscope, and and a scale that will allow you to weigh your animals accurately enough for the correct doseages.
I've had a couple of mine dewormed just to make sure. The vet did it for me.
Yep, panacur for worms, flagyl for protozoal parasites. If they are CB, don't shotgun 'em, just do a fecal check and see if there's any need.
how?

CB animals can and do get parasites.. it's a good idea to get a fecal done though so you dont worm them if they dont need it
