Now I have a help me question....

Sunshine May 24, 2004 07:47 PM

I will hopefully have itty bitty biting babies and a very hungry female soon. I would like to take advantage of the female's level of hunger. Any suggestions for who to buy the poor frozen hopper mice and rats from? Or just as good...who NOT to consider?

Thanks,
Linda

Linda,
'The Mouse Factory' is top notch (and you'll be pleased to know they're in Alpine, Texas).

p.s.
I would keep any pins or sharp objects away from your female!!

Thanks for the info. I like that they're in Texas, But their website is down or something.

They are listed under the 'Rodents/Feeders' section in the Breeders/Dealers/Stores page here on Kingsnake. I just checked and their page is up and running.

outstanding customer service. Their "medium rats" are the perfect size for adult BRB's. Seriously, I was buying from a local supplier...but I wish I would have switched to rodentpro years ago...

I think I'll first try the Mouse Factory, but it worries me a bit to find their links....well unlinked. I do like the fact that there're in TX. It's neat to find someone interested in the Japanese culture, my mother is Japanese. I went for 3 months when I was twelve which was over twenty years ago. I would love to go back as an adult to see things in a different perspective.
