leo not eating

slimdogg May 24, 2004 08:15 PM

i am new to the forums, but i figured i would register because i thought i could gain an answer i am looking for. i have a young blizzard, i estimate about 2-3 months tops. and i've had her for 2 1/2 days now and shes not eating. i've put crickets and mealsworms in the tank at night when she comes out, but she hasn't eaten any. i was wondering if it's just that she's getting used to her new home and is a bit apprehensive or if i should start to worry. do you guys have any advice on what to do? any advice would be extremely helpful, thanks

ian

give her a week from today. dont even look at her. just let her alone. just make sure she has fresh water. she needs to get used to her new home. i had a leo go for almost a month befor she ate any thing. if shes not eating in a week or so, then come back and let us kno. im sure some other people will have some things to add, or say diff.
hope this helps
