question on color

polarpooch1 May 24, 2004 09:05 PM

Just wondering, I can't find any "comparative" pics of babies and adults in the regular color pattern. My BRB seems to be getting more "tan" than brown on the base, and the orange spots seem to be getting brighter. I'm so anxious for her to grow up...any idea what she might look like? Will the orange keep getting brighter (that would be cool!)...will the brown lighten up more? Again, she's a normal color BRB...not really red or anything.

Jeff has addressed this before...and he's right, they are highly variable...and it's preety much a "punt." Have you seen the parents? Either way, I've never seen one that I didn't enjoy looking at...

I am fairly new to the forum, and never saw the question addresed before. YOu guys probably get sick of answering the same questions!

Yes, all of them are beautiful. I guess I'll wait and see--I just wish I had the crystal ball to see what she'll look like when she's an adult.

If anyone can read the tea leaves, here's a pic of her from about a month ago (she's bigger now, and a tiny bit lighter)...
