fire newt food...anyone?

Sooo, what is everyone else feeding their fire newts? Mines hooked on anything that he can chase right now.

I feed whole baby earth worms fresh from the garden along with a couple newt pellets about every other day

For convince I tend to feed mine some frozen/thawed bloodworms but I mainly use blackworms or chopped earthworms.
