Hello,
I would like to know of any signs that would help me distinguish between a BTS who is pregnant and one that is just getting fat. I have two that have lived together in harmony for many months. One is "getting fat" and now seems to be a bit agressive toward its cagemate. I know this is typical for BTS but again they have lived together with no problems for almost a year. They currently inhabit a 4 foot Neodesha cage for the winter and an outdoor pen for the summer. (See photo below. The third animal was removed. It seemed to be the cause of the fighting. All fighting stopped once it was removed.)
Any other signs of being pregnant?
