Yellow Anaconda Help

DynamoKid May 25, 2004 09:19 AM

My Yellow Anaconda is doing something that makes me believe that he has some kind of respitory infection. If someone could e-mail me or something to help out that would be really cool. Dik(the yellow anaconda) is making a hissing/wheezing sound a lot. I looked to see if there was any mouth rot and I didn't see any. When he makes the "hiss" he tilts his head up. I'm really concerned with him. If anyone has some home remedies to help until I can get him to a vet that would be really cool. Thanks
Tyson

If you suspect an IR infection then you will need antibiotics so be sure to see a veterinarian asap! That is honestly the best way! Baytril is usually the drug of choise! Good luck!
