Another question is that, if you are suppost to pop off the bottom part of the aquarium, how do i get the parts that are already silliconed off. Only one side of the aquarium is leaking, the other three are sealed. what do I do?

Best thing to do is get a razor blade scrapper, something similar to the push-pull scrapper shown here. I used this to get off extra silicone to do my project with the 130 gallon aquarium. It takes some work, but you should eventually whittle the silicone down to the point of removing the glass. If the glass doesn't move easily, keep scrapping.. Don't pull the glass to the point of it breaking though.
