If it's been over a week since she cleared, it's either in the cage or still on her. If still on, it will be strongly adhered. Soak her for a day in a container that won't allow her to leave the water. You can then shed her by hand.

Not to say kelley is not always right, because he pretty much is. but my girl takes a long time too and I think she is going to die before she sheds and sure enough..she sheds after you just ignor it and it seems to come quicker that way. Make sure you have a surface in the tank she can work it off with. another reason i like astroturf is if they push hard enough on it they can work their shed off. newspaper is so smooth. I honestly wouldnt worry yet even if its been over a week...I have not idea why they take so long but I just wait and sure enough i end up with a 1 piece or two piece if it gets caught on something and rips in the tank. i bet you she sheds tonight

annie has not shed yet but it is comeing close her skin is getting looser and she fed today for the first time in over 3 weeks she ate 2 large mice i was going to use to bread but i think annie is a lil more important then some mice. tomarrow i will get her some rats. also my black racer has comein to shed and has shed this week way before annie. i think tonight is the night.
