I just found a 3 1/2 foot corn snake run over. When I picked him up he wiggled around ( all the way 2 the tail ) . I noticed his neck is bent at a 45 degree angle. I rubbed my finger along his spine an I can feel an indention, and several ( 8 or so ) broken ribs 5" from his neck. He opens his mouth a little, but for the most part has shallow breathing an is limp, every 10 mins or so he turns the upper part of his neck and sometime wiggles his tail. what should I do?

This sounds cruel but use a mallet or a 2by4 and slam it on its head.Death is instant this way.
