What are your opinions on linoleum?

dragonlovers May 25, 2004 05:52 PM

Thanks to all who responded on my previous question. I'm so glad that I found this forum, we were planning on using sand initially and now realize the hazard that this poses. Anyhow, what are your thoughts on using linoleum on the bottom of the cage? Will the self-stick kind have a fume or toxin that is dangerous to the beardies?

well, i';m not positive but i'd assume that linoleum would be mad hard to clean, what do you have against duck shelf liner?

If you want to go in that direction, non-adhesive shelf liner is easily the best. So simple to clean, and I'm sure it's fairly cheaper too. Shelf liner and paper towels are my substrate of choice.
