Check the "wanted" section of the classifieds, they post in there sometimes.

FYI, Beardies sold to wholesalers only stand about a 50% chance of survival.

That depends on who you wholesale to LOL

I have never sold to any of those "Big guy wholesalers" I generally sell 10 - 20 lots of babies to the "smaller guy" who actually tries to care for his beardies before selling them. I would say that 95% of the lots I have sold have been to people who pick out the best as future breeders or pets and then list the rest for a small profit.

Come on, that is unfair-- where do you get that statistic?
It greatly depends on who you sell to and how old you sell your dragons-- and you have the same problem when selling at low prices to a number of individual buyers. Besides, many dealers have experience caring for dragons, vs many individual buyers do not.
I'm not saying it is better to wholesale by any means, but people breeding a number of dragons that are just starting off have to be realistic.

I got that number from Cheri last year when a group of babies was tracked through the wholesale and retail market.

Yes, I am sure there are wholesalers who take care of their investments. When you see people selling babies right out of the egg to wholesalers before they even eat and then resold at shows or to chain pet stores in mass it's not hard to believe. Large chain pet stores buy these bulk animals and many of them die to neglect there too. We have all seen pet store attrocities.

Your statements are all valid, there are lots of variables. Sadly BDs are considered a disposable pet and with more and more people breeding haphazardly I don't see things getting better soon.
