My babies are growing up!!

Mystical-Dragons May 26, 2004 10:47 AM

These are a few of the babies from Foster & Candy's first clutch of the season. Some finally had their first shed, and are coming up on 6 weeks old next Thursday. I'm having such a wonderful time caring for these little ones, and if I could keep them all believe it I would in a second. They are such a great group of feeders, and already over 6 inches and are very friendly. They have no problem being picked up and spoiled at all LOL Of course I've been spoiling the hell out of these little ones It's been such a great experience having the babies from two of my favorite dragons, and watching them grow and change. Some are spitting images of the parents as babies. The boys even have Fosters stocky features and large meat heads It's cool cause I was lucky enough to get pictures of Both Fosters & Candy's parents as well, and can see from where some traits are coming from in the little ones. Here are a few pics of the first to shed. The others are not far behind and should shed by the weekend when the second clutch of these should be making their way from the eggs Enjoy

Here they are using their escape tactic of stepping on each others heads

Thanks for the complements on my little ones. I'm trying to get them off to the best start possible, so hopefully they can make the transition to a new home a little bit easier on both them and the new owner. I'm just doing all I can in the time I have them to get them as stable, and as strong as possible. So far they are off to a great start I think, and have nice weight to them, and nice fat tail bases. They sure have some large appetites that's for sure. I hope they all find good loving homes and make their owners as happy as I am with them. Of course I got a keeper already from this group to make it a little easier for me too HEHE
