Can anyone give me any info on how to get an endangered species permit.

What did you want to keep? I guess I would call DNR, I am sure there are alot of loop holes you would have to go through to get one. Good luck

I changes from state to state. In Kansas all you need is a receipt showing it was captive born, and shipped in from out of state. We don't have actual permits.
