He seems to have had a good vacation.

Seriously though, very cool. Glad to hear you found him.

Wow, 8 months!

>>cant believe he survived the winter!!!!.

it would be interesting to know where you live, what kind of temps he might have wintered over (although of course he might have been indoors for the winter and escaped to the out-of-doors when spring arrived)

Thank you both for congratulating me on finding my sinaloan*,Riley has settled in great, he ate 2 more big fuzzy mice & is in an enclosure thats like a jungle for him*
I live in Britain, England, but winter was really cold here!, i reckon he was hiding nice and warm in our shed, as he was on his way under there when we found him!. To survive he probably found enough baby field mice, as my cats are always bringing them in!,he was in great condition when we found him, did very well, however he has really appricatied being home now, he never attempts to push to escape his new enclosure, and i find him in a new area sometimes, so he sure does like his home*
Thanks again*

My aunt and uncle had a red rat escape one fall, and it went and hibernated in their attic, and one day my uncle was doing spring cleaning and it fell out of a rafter onto him, about 5 months later, lol.
