African Jumping Frog?

lele May 26, 2004 04:15 PM

I will be caring for a friend's frog this summer and she says it is an african jumping frog. I haven't seen it yet and I couldn't find info online for that exact name...any ideas?

thanks,
lele

Hi, lele!

I mostly lurk here, as I know very little about frogs. Perhaps if you could get a picture from your friend to post here - people might recognize the appearance if not the "jumping frog" name.

Hi Torey,

When I didn't get a response here I posted to the cham forum since I knew some were froggers, too. I got some interesting responses and will have to see when I get the frog. I'll be caring for her beginning the end of June so i will wait until then and post a pic

thanks for your time
