make sure to keep it clean by keeping it on paper towels if you don't already. Put a little neosporin on it (not the pain killing kind) it will be ok. The nail will probally not grow back. Just keep it clean is the big part.
Probably a shedding problem. Give her a 5 minute bath once a day for 5-7 days with hydrogen peroxide in the water. Watch her to make sure she doesn't drink it. Apply neosporin afterward. A second time per day, dab the toes with Hydrogen peroxide solution and apply neosporin afterwards. Put her on paper towels as substrate and change paper towels daily.
In the future, make sure she always has a mooist hide that is moist, expecially when she shed, and inspect her periodically to make sure there are no areas (pay special attention to the toes) of unshed skin. If you find areas of unshed skin, the routine described above, combined with gentle rubbing of affected area w/ a q-tip coated in neosporin to remove unshed skin should take care of it.
That happened to my leo too. I didn't realize she had unshed skin on the tips of her toes until it was too late...I removed it but her toes had blackened and some were bleeding. I felt so horrible that I didn't catch it sooner. I'm meticulous about it now. I'm always checking her out from head to toe!! LOL!
It's very common for them to lose their toes so don't feel too bad. It happens. Someone already gave you good suggestions about cleaning, medicating and moist hide boxes...do that, and it should be ok.
Keep the leo in a tank with paper towels, slate or some other bedding that won't irritate the wound. Use a tissue to stay the bleeding and then put a dash of neosporin on it.

1:1 leos...soon to be 1:5!!!
Thanks for everyone's help. I don't have any neosporin now, but i put her in a little "sick bay" its just a smaller travel cage with paper towels and a water dish. I have a moist hide box but its been pretty dry around here recently and it probably got too dry. The little wound looks fine now (you can even tell which toe it is without looking for it)
how long should i keep the leo in "solitary confinement" ? It seems like its healing fine.
also...
do any of you trim your gecko's toenails? I was helping get the skin off of one of the other toes and i noticed that it was only stuck becuase that toenail was really long...
thanks
