Hi-

When they are young and healthy they will shed twice a month. As they age it will slow and be more like once a month or two. Hope this helps!

Hi-

Young growing chameleons need regular dusting with calcium/vitamins. If you are exposing them to unfiltered sunlight for hours a day then make sure the dust doesn't have D3 in it. Hope this helps!

hi there

If your chameleon gets more than 20 or 24 hours (i truly dont remember)of natural sun-light then you must get a calcium/vitamin powder WITHOUT D3 in it. Such as miner-all O. The o standing for outdoors. If you give your cham 5 hours of natural UNFILTERED sunlight, besides doing him wonders, it will do nothing, so you can still supplement with D3.
