I got one to eat hopers too. I am not going to keep more than just one of these because they are such problematic feeders unless I find a big one like 6' or more. Around here you don't see a whole heck of alot of big uns. He is about 3 1/2 feet long. I am interested in the growth rate in length. eating one hopper f/t per week how fast would it grow. Before someone jumps to conclusions let me say I am not trying to powerfeed or make it grow faster, Iam just interested. I am prob. going to try to find a coach whip or 2 also. It has been a while since being on this forum. i used to be on daily but just lost interest in racers but now I'm back.

i have a racer that is over 6 foot right now eats 2-3 mice a week when i first got him he regergitated 2 northern watersnakes 1 green snake and a smaller racer. good luck with yours.
